Can I add more categories or change their names?

Yes, choose 'Customize' or 'New category' from the menu.
Note that to do that you'd need to have Category Editor turned on and Support Level 1 unlocked.
Why is it locked at all? To encourage you to use 'Values & Goals' instead - to achieve much better results thanks to using full app's potential.
