There is a delay of 2 minutes used as a sort of "cushion" to prevent alarms from firing while we are working on our plan. The idea is that if we are looking at our list, we know that it's time to start a task without being notified. So the program waits till we finish editing the list, start counting 2 minutes, and if any notification is needed - it fires it.
The delay was introduced as it was a bit annoying to get notifications during list editing. If we are editing any other element, like a value - the alarms will be fired normally. They are delayed only when looking at the list directly. And it's always 2 minutes, not related to the nagger time.
