Go to Log screen where you can manually introduce the data.
Eg: how many crunches you did that day, at what time and how many in each serie. Then you can monitor their total number, the maximum value of a single entry (here: serie - so you can set up a goal & monitor that "At least 3 times a week I manage to do at least 50 crunches in 1 serie). Or it can log and monitor yes/no answers. Eg: "Did my back hurt?" "yes/no" - then you can monitor how many days in a month your back hurts, which motivates you to sit less by the computer, exercise more, etc.
